1Do I need a passport?
Yes! You need a passport to travel in and out of the United States. If you don't have one, you can get one a couple of ways. If you are traveling within 2-3 weeks or need to get a foreign visa within 4 weeks, you will need to apply in person at a Department of State Passport Agency. There is an expedite fee that you will have to pay so prepare for that and you'll also need an appointment and proof of immediate travel too.

For more info or where to apply, check out

If you don't need it so quickly and are a first-time applicant, renewing your passport, applying for a 0-17 year old, etc., you can apply in-person or via mail at a Department of State Passport agency or facility like the Post Office or Court Clerk Office.

All of this information can be found at

Hope this helps!

2Do I need a visa and what immunizations will I need?
Yes! In addition to your passport, you also need a visa. A visa is this stamp-like thing that's placed on your passport which allows you entry and exit for a duration of time into another country not your own.

A visa is needed to enter into quite a few countries on the continent and cannot be obtained upon arrival at the airport. For our trip you will need a “Tourist Visa”.

No need to worry though, your package includes visa processing so we'll take care of that for you.:

Let us know if you need some assistance.

For detailed information on immunization requirements, please refer to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Travelers’ Health website.

When traveling to any destination, you should be up to date on all routine vaccinations. It is recommended that you take prescription Malaria medication before, during, and after your trip to prevent malaria. Please speak with your primary care physician or visit a travel clinic about a prescription.

3Are Ghana & Nigeria Safe?

Your security is of utmost importance to us. Accra and Lagos, are commercial hubs that are no strangers to foreign travel and are not listed as areas of concern on the Department of State's Travel Advisory.

Accra welcomes you with its beautiful beaches, monuments, history and traditions. Its rich history and vibrant color is sure to leave an everlasting impression of warm hospitality and rich culture..

Lagos serves as the commercial hub and melting pot of Nigeria where people from all over the world travel for business or leisure. The Nigerian people are one of the most hospitable people I have ever seen and you will ever meet. You'll blend right on in as we shop, dine and explore. Come with an open mind and you'll be just fine.

4Where will I stay?
Our guests will stay in a private bed and breakfast located in the heart of Accra and on Lagos Island. Guests will receive complete accommodation information and itinerary upon completed payment and confirmation for The Nigerian Experience. Trust me, it's going to be nice!
5Are payment plans available?

We strive to be accommodating to everyone's budget and have provided a couple of options for you to choose from. You can pay it all at once for those Big Ballers. However, if you happen to be balling on a budget,, monthly and bi-weekly payment options are available. We will work with you.

Please note there is a 2.9 processing fee per transaction .

6Should I have an emergency and can no longer go, will I be able to get a refund?

We understand that our intentions start off good but some times life happens and gets in the way. We we want to tell you upfront: all deposited funds are nonrefundable. It’s not that we are trying to keep your money but your deposits mean guarantees that we give for every element of this trip and our vendors do not refund. Hope you understand. Don't forget there is a 2.9 processing fee per transaction.

Are you excited yet? We definitely are and can't wait for you to have the ultimate Nigerian Experience!
